1- Bahrain’s Hasabi Waterfront
Manara Developments has awarded SSH, one of the leading master-planning, building design and infrastructure firms in the Middle East, the design and construction supervision of infrastructure for Hasabi Waterfront Development.
As per the contract terms; SSH will be responsible for the design of all road and utility networks.
The mixed-use project is located in the south of the country, next to the Durrat Al Bahrain archipelago and will feature three- and four-bedroom villas, three-storey residential buildings, commercial units, food and beverage (F&B) outlets as well as beach facilities.
What makes this project one of kind is that each villa comes with its own private jetty.
2- The Sixty Six
Yousif Al Zayani Trading & Contracting Company has been awarded the key construction contract to The Sixty-six project by Amlak.
The 6-storeys residential development is located in Um Al Hassam area of Bahrain and will boast 66 fully furnished residential units with various sizes ranging from one-, two-, and three-bedrooms.
The project’s strategic location makes it easily accessible through the Shaikh Isa bin Salman Highway and Sitra Bridge.
Scheduled for completion by mid-2018, the project comprises of a luxury recreational floor that includes a swimming pool, gymnasium and a multipurpose room.
3- Marassi Boulevard
Awarded the full design contract for the project by Eagle Hills, the Planning and engineering firm; SSH is extremely excited about this new addition where it pledged to follow the international standards and deliver an unmatched product.
Marassi Boulevard is located within Marassi Al Bahrain, a new waterfront development in Bahrain and comprises of 240 units that range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, and 700 square meters of retail.
The development features four low-rise residential buildings that boast views of the vibrant streetscape.

4- Al Tijaria Tower
Scheduled for completion in mid-2019, the Manama-based engineering consultant, Arab Architects has been officially appointed as the main consultant; whereas Bahraini contracting firm, Fundament SPC has been awarded a 42.2 million dollars contract to develop the project.
Al Tijaria Tower which is a sea view residential building that is located in the diplomatic area in Manama sprawls over an area of 3,856 square meters and comprises of 351 apartments which range from studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom.
The development also boasts all sorts of recreational facilities such as business centre, a café, a children’s play area, two gyms, a basketball court, a spa, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and an outdoor dining restaurant.
That’s not all, as the projects also include 10 floors which comprise of furnished apartments as well as 39 floors of freehold units.
5- Marassi Shores Residences
Dadabhai Construction has won the construction contract of Marassi Shores Residences by Eagle Hills.
The waterfront project is expected to house 22,000 residence where it comprises of 11-storey U-shaped building that includes 287 units that vary from studio, One-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses along with a podium that offers sea views.
The project offers direct access to the two kilometer-long Marassi Beach as well as close proximity to the Address Marassi Al Bahrain and Vida Marassi Al Bahrain, as well as the Marassi Galleria.
